1.Inquiry
You fill out our Real Estate Closing Gifts Inquiry Form, or simply give us a call, and share information about your timeline and your budget, as well as some personal details about your clients to help us curate a custom gift they’ll cherish.

2.Design
We’ll bundle together our top recommendations for your gift based on the details you shared about your clients, making sure everything fits perfectly into your branded box or chosen vessel, and email you a photograph for approval.

3.Gift Selection
You might love the bundle and reply, "Perfection!" Or you might request revisions to the proposed gift, such as removing certain items or adding others. We'll update the design according to your feedback and send it off for your review.
Once you approve the final gift design, we will tie the bow, write the notecard, and prep the gift for delivery or pickup.

4.Assembly
We then put together the gifts you've selected, perfectly arranged in the high-quality packaging of your choosing. Once each item is nestled into its spot and we (literally) tie a bow on it, we'll tuck in a note that shares a meaningful message from you — then it's officially time to get these gift boxes ready for delivery!

5.Delivery & Final Payment
We take care of every aspect of delivery — whether your gifts are shipped UPS or via Admiral Bay Courier. You are also welcome to pick up gifts at our Redmond workshop.

How quickly can you prepare my real estate closing gift?
Very quickly, we’re practically magicians! But if you want to help us help you, you can start by giving us a little time — ideally 48 hours! Give us just a couple of days, and we’ll have your closing gift ready for pickup or delivery.
Can you package the gift in a box with my logo on it?
Of course! When you inquire, be sure to indicate that you would like custom-branded packaging for your closing gift. And if you scroll up juuuust a little bit, you’ll see all of the options you can choose from!
What are the delivery options for my closing gift?
You can pick up your closing gift at our workshop Monday - Friday from 10:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at 6855 176th Ave NE #215, Redmond, WA 98052.
We also deliver via UPS or Admiral Bay Couriers in the greater Seattle area.
Can you include wine or champagne in my closing gift?
Yes and yes! Anything from Dom Perignon to Efeste (a Pacific Northwest legend). We have bottles starting at $20 and landing wherever your budget allows.
Note that you must be over the age of 21 to order packages including alcohol, and your gift will require an adult signature upon delivery. UPS will make up to three (3) attempts to obtain the required signature, but if the delivery is unsuccessful, your gift will be returned to us. We then remove the alcohol and proceed to reship.
We also have restrictions on where we can ship wine and champagne, but if you are within the state of Washington, or in Alaska, Washington D.C., Florida, Oregon — you’re good to go!
What if my clients have children, or grandma plans to move into the guest room? Can you build a gift around the entire family?
Absolutely! We love a family game-night gift, but if you give us a little information about your clients, we will tailor individual products for each family member — including the furry ones.
