• If you are personalizing the packaging on a gift from our shop, this can be ready quickly and shipped within 2 business days.
• If you are a real estate agent looking for a closing gift, please place your order at least 48 hours ahead of pick-up or delivery.
• For corporate orders of 10 or more, please aim for at least 4-6 weeks in advance.
• And for holiday/seasonal gifts, truly — the sooner the better! 8 weeks minimum, but 12 weeks or more is even better.

Because we strongly believe in finding a balance between promotion and gratitude, we offer custom packaging that features your logo, rather than putting your logo on the items inside your personalized gift box.

Yes. We ship via UPS and also offer local courier opions.

Because of the curated, perishable items included in our personalized gift boxes, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If your gift arrives in anything less than perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Please note that you must be over the age of 21 to order packages including alcohol, and your gift will require an adult signature upon delivery. UPS will make up to three (3) attempts to obtain the required signature, but if the delivery is unsuccessful, your gift will be returned to us. We then remove the alcohol and proceed to reship.

We also have restrictions on where we can ship wine and champagne, but if you are within the state of Washington, or in Alaska, Washington D.C., Florida, Oregon — you’re good to go!

Customized means something is made or modified to your specificiations. If you reach out requesting a custom gift, we build an option tailored to your preferences. A personalized gift includes branding options or personal identifiers, like names, logos, addresses, or birthdates incoporated into the packaging.

If a gift is returned to our shop, we will reach out to you via email. Typically, a return occurs for a specific reason, such as the recipient no longer being at that address, an incorrect address, or the recipient has declined delivery.

You can provide us with an updated and valid mailing address to attempt re-delivery. We will open the shipping box and adjust anything that shifted during transit to ensure the gift is in perfect condition for reshipment.

We repackage the gift in a new, clean shipping box with new packaging material. The fee to re-process return-to-sender gifts is $5 plus the shipping cost. We will send an electronic invoice, and will re-ship the gift once it is paid.
