1.Inquiry
You fill out our Custom Corporate Gift Boxes Inquiry Form, or simply call us, sharing information about your timeline and your budget. If you have any specific visions or theme requests, or you would like to include branded packaging, be sure to tell us all about it — that way, we can (pssst… brag incoming!) make your gifting dreams come true.

2.Proposal
You’ll then receive a detailed gift proposal within 3 business days, including photos of each of the artisan items we’ve selected for your gift box as well as the suggested packaging. We’ll also confirm pricing and any additional fees for custom branding, shipping/delivery, or rush turnaround.

3.Gift Selection
Now it’s time to nail down which items will wow your recipients when they open their gift box! After reviewing your proposal, you’ll either tell us “You nailed it!” or you might wish to see a few changes.
If changes are needed, we will invoice you for a 50% deposit and prepare a second version of your gift proposal. We’ll adjust the gift collection, include new pictures, and send them off to you for final approval.

4.Assembly
We then put together the gifts you’ve selected, perfectly arranged in the high-quality packaging of your choosing. Once each item is nestled into its spot and we (literally) tie a bow on it, we’ll tuck in a note that shares a meaningful message from you — then it’s officially time to get these gift boxes ready for delivery!

5.Delivery & Final Payment
We take care of every aspect of delivery, whether your gifts are shipped UPS or via Admiral Bay Courier. You are also welcome to pick up gifts at our Redmond workshop.

You might be wondering…
How far in advance should I inquire about my custom corporate gift boxes?
For orders of 10 or more custom corporate gift boxes, we ask that you inquire at least 4 weeks ahead of when you’ll need the final gifts delivered. However, if your inquiry is for holiday gifting, or your vision includes a specific color scheme or event theme, it is best to get in touch sooner.
During the busy season, our gifting process typically takes 10-12 weeks, so please plan accordingly.
Can you work with a specific color scheme?
Heck yeah! And we love a challenge. By any chance, are your colors magenta and ochre? Because we’re dying to get those two together in a gift box!
Our gifts need to go to many different addresses — can you accommodate this?
Yes, of course! You’ll submit addresses and delivery details to us during the proposal process, and we'll take care of the rest. Once the gift boxes leave our workshop, we’ll send you all the tracking information so you can sit back and watch as each one makes it to its final destination.
Can we put our logo on the items inside our gift box?
While we understand the importance of brand recognition and maintaining a standard of professionalism, we do not offer logo customization on the items we tuck inside your gift box. Instead, we offer multiple options to customize your packaging, as outlined above.
